Improve Teen Mental Health in the Age of Social Media

We are researching how a combination of Heart Rate Variability Biofeedback (HRVB) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) delivered remotely can improve emotional regulation and overall well-being in adolescent girls who are active social media users

Requirements

  • We are accepting girls ages 13-17 who use social media at least 2 hours daily and experience anxiety or depression. Participants must be located in the United States of America.
